- 1). Place the egg in any of the six slots in your traveling Pokemon party.
- 2). Add a Pokemon with the "Flame Body" ability, such as Magmar, Slugmar or Litwick, to your Pokemon party. These Pokemon can be captured in various locations in the wild, such as the Safari Zone, Stark Mountain and the Celestial Tower.
- 3). Head to a long stretch of road without any trainers or wild Pokemon, such as the Cycling Road.
- 4). Press "Start" to bring up the in-game menu.
- 5). Select "Bicycle" from the "Key Items" pocket and ride your bike up and down the road. After riding for a certain amount of time and depending on the Pokemon inside, you will receive a message indicating that the egg has hatched.
