Unlock the Phone

• 1). Turn off the phone and insert the memory card into the memory card slot. Turn the phone back on.
  
  
• 2). Press the "Menu" button on the main screen and click on the option for "Extras."
  
  
• 3). Scroll down to the bottom of the list. Click the selection for "Memory Card."
  
  
• 4). Select the "Options" icon on the screen. Scroll through the list to the "Unlock Memory Card" option and press "OK."
  
  
• 5). Type in the unlock password in the password field. If you do not know the password, the default unlock code is either "12345" or "1357."
  
  

Delete the Memory Card Password

• 1). Turn off the phone and insert the memory card into the memory card slot. Turn the phone back on.
  
  
• 2). Press the "Menu" button on the main screen and click on the option for "Fun & Apps."
  
  
• 3). Navigate to the option for "Gallery" and click on the "OK" button. Scroll to the "Memory Card" item and then click on "Options." Scroll to "Memory Card."
  
  
• 4). Click "Delete Password" when the window prompt appears. Make sure the message "Memory card will be unlocked, do you want to continue" appears. Click on the option for "Yes" to confirm.
  
  
• 5). Scroll down to the password field and enter in the default password. If you do not know the password, the default unlock code is either "12345" or "1357." Click "OK" to delete the password from being required.
