Media Converter

• 1). Go to Media Converter (see Resources) and click "Upload a file" to select your Flash Video. Next, click the "Arrow" button to advance.
  
  
• 2). Choose "AVI" as your target format and click the "Arrow" once more.
  
  
• 3). Click "Start" to commence the conversion and "Download" to receive your AVI.
  
  

Zamzar

• 1). Load Zamzar (see Resources) and click "Browse"/"Choose File" to find your FLV.
  
  
• 2). Choose "AVI" as your target format. Next, enter your email address under "E-mail."
  
  
• 3). Click "Convert" and open your email inbox. Once the conversion finishes, you'll receive a message housing your AVI download link.
  
  

Media-Convert

• 1). Go to Media-Convert (see Resources) and click "Browse"/"Choose File" to pick out your FLV.
  
  
• 2). Choose "Flash Video (.flv)" as your input format and "Audio Video Interleave (.avi)" as your output format in the drop-down menus.
  
  
• 3). Click "OK" to start the conversion and "Download" to receive your new file.
