Their Chefs are very kind and welcome us to AULARE to serve us Exotic Latin Cuisine in a private home-style atmosphere. They cook to my taste- mild, medium or hot and spicy. As far as I have seen, all cooking is done with cholesterol-free Mediterranean Olive Oil, and they also have special meals for children.
