- 1). Power the Brother Intellifax 775 down, and remove the power cord. Hold the menu button down while replacing the power cord and powering on the unit.
- 2). Wait for the maintenance menu to appear. Press 1, then 0, then 2, then 2 again. The LCD display should now display WSW22=00000000.
- 3). Press 1, then 1 again, until the LCD screen shows WSW22=110000000. Press the menu button to go back to the maintenance menu, then press 9 and 9 again. The LCD screen now displays the normal date and time, and the ECM has been disabled.
