We need to eat less, exercise more and eliminate empty calories.
Period.

2.
You need customers.
a.
Customer Relationship Management: And you need to keep them.
If you do not have enough business you have to go out and get it.
When times are good, plan for the times that aren't.
When times aren't, get off your butt and get in front of your prospects.
Fill your sales funnel.
You cannot survive without customers.
3.
You need to deliver.
a.
Delivery Systems: There is no better way to lose customers, than to have less- than -stellar quality or delivery.
Remember, quality is a requirement of business, not optional.
You need systems in place to deliver quality delivery.
Next time you get frustrated, take a look at what you are spending time on.
If you find that you are distracted by a task that isn't in these three high payoff activities, start to make the shift in your focus.
Pick one area and then one activity that will best get you the results that you want.
Don't get distracted by all the other activities that can fill your day.
If you are happy with your results of your business, keep doing what you are doing.
But if you aren't getting what you want, if you are not happy with your income, if you are not happy with the growth of your business, if you're frustrated, then look at how you are spending your time.
Are you running in circles, waiting for the phone to ring, out of money? Then it is time to step away from task management and focus on high payoff activities.
Only then will your business start to really flourish.
Make sure that you are concentrating on high payoff activities.
While challenging this practice is guaranteed to grow your business.
