  Many lakeside cabins can be found in Minnesota along Lake Superior, Sand Lake and Lake Vermilion. Campbell's Lodge

• The cabins at Campbell's Lodge are located along the Sand Lake shoreline and range from quaint, rustic cabins to 1,680 square foot luxury cabins. Cabin amenities include Internet access, modern kitchens with dishwashers and glass-top stoves, hardwood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces and in-floor radiant heating. Many of the cabins are pet-friendly, and wheelchair-accessible cabins are available. Barbecues and picnic tables are located outside each cabin. Guests can fish for walleye, largemouth bass, panfish and more in Sand Lake and the lodge offers boat and pontoon rentals and has fishing licenses and bait available. The lodge sells snack foods and has a games room with pool table, board games and toys. Staff members at the lodge organize a variety of child-friendly activities, including sandcastle building, fishing contests, skeeball contests and group campfires. Guests can enjoy the lodge's outdoor swimming pool and children's play area or swim in Sand Lake.

Pehrson Lodge & Resort

• The cabins at Pehrson Lodge & Resort are located along Lake Vermilion, come with fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces, whirlpool tubs and wheelchair-accessible showers, and can accommodate up to seven guests at one time. The central lodge has a lounge room with 50" television, a library, gift shop and games room with table tennis, "foosball," pinball and more. The resort's Camp Twain for children takes place for two hours every weekday and offers model sailboat building, lake tours, hiking, crafts, water games, volleyball and cookouts. Guests receive complimentary use of kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, hydro bikes and weekly waterskiing lessons. Guests can also rent boats and pontoons to go fishing for walleye, bass, bluegill, crappie and more.

Superior Lakeside Cabins

• Superior Lakeside Cabins are located along the Lake Superior shoreline and offer a variety of cabins for intimate and large family vacations. Cabins range from one to three bedrooms, and come with amenities such as big screen televisions, fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens and have wrap-around decks with porch swings. Charcoal grills, fire pits and picnic tables are located outside each cabin and some have children's swing sets. The onsite Eagle Nest gift shop sells memorabilia, snacks and basic grocery supplies. Guests can enjoy hiking in the area, boating, and swimming on the lake.
