- 1). Go to the E-Z Pass application website (EZPass.com).
- 2). Select "individual application" if you need an individual account with a maximum of four tags. Choose "commercial application" if you need an unlimited number of tags.
- 3). Click "Click here to enroll online" or "Click here to download and print an application," depending on what you want to do.
- 4). Read the E-Z Pass Customer Agreement Terms and Conditions and click "I Accept."
- 5). Fill out the E-ZPass application with your personal information, vehicle information, tag request, your specific payment plan and payment method.
- 6). Click "I Accept" to complete your application. If you prefer to register over the phone, call 1-888-AUTO-TOLL.
