* Use warm to lukewarm water to wash the fixture instead of hot water.
* The fog and the dust should be removed with a damp lint free cloth.
* It would be really great if you pour few drops of vinegar to the warm water.
It will help you to remove old dense fog and as well it will also prevent the crystals from fogging in future.
* You should never rub the crystals vigorously otherwise it may break or leave back ugly scratches.
* Repeat this process for 2-3 times until you get the natural shine and spark back.
 * Make sure to wipe it with a lint free towel after the chandelier is cleaned well.
