- 1). Immobilize the wounded area or person. Disinfect wound using hydrogen peroxide, wipe excess peroxide using cotton swabs.
- 2). Separate the non-stick wound pad from the direct pressure gauze roll.
- 3). Apply the non-stick wound pad to the wounded area, covering as much of the wound as possible.
- 4). Holding the non-stick wound pad in place, tightly wrap the direct pressure gauze roll around the wounded area.
- 5). Clip the Super Stop Bandage into place by attaching the end of the gauze roll to the wrapped gauze.
