Rodrigo Santoro voices "Tulio" in the animated movie Rio. Tulio is an enthusiastic ornithologist from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He travels all the way to Minnesota to find the last male blue macaw, a pet bird named Blu (voice of Jesse Eisenberg). Tulio convinces Blu's adoring owner, Linda (voice of Leslie Mann), to bring Blu all the way to Rio so that Blu can meet the last female bird of his kind, the fiercely independent Jewel (voice of Anne Hathaway).

Tulio is a bit nerdy and a tad eccentric, but he has a big heart and a lot of determination when it comes to saving the blue macaws. Just don't let him drive a motorcycle.
