- 1). Install the Microsoft Save as PDF add-in. First, go to the link listed in the References section. Click the "Download" button and save the file to your hard drive.
- 2). Locate the add-in setup file and double click it to initiate installation. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.
- 3). Open the file the you wish to convert. Click "Microsoft Office Button>Save As>Save or Publish to PDF." Choose a location and enter a name for your pdf file. Click the Save button.
