Set small goals for yourself, goals you know you can accomplish.
Recognize each accomplishment when you reach one, and take pride in the fact that you did what you set out to do.
Start exercising daily to releases endorphins, the "feel good" hormone in the body that also helps ease stress; another daily goal you can be proud to reach.
Eat more fresh fish and green leafy vegetables.
The omega 3 from fish and the Vitamin B from vegetables are natural substances that have the most calming effect on the body.
Consider therapy if you still truly just can't cope.
A therapist can help you see things more objectively and help you understand that things are not as bad as they may seem.
