Windows Users

• 1). Go to the AIM for Windows page (see Resources) and click "Agree and Download."
  
  
• 2). Click "Save" and download the installation file on your desktop. Double-click the AIM installation file to open the installation wizard.
  
  
• 3). Click "Yes" after reading the terms and conditions, and select the destination folder for installation. Click "Install" to install AIM on your Windows computer.
  
  

Mac Users

• 1). Go to the AIM for Mac website (see Resources), and click "Agree and Download" to download the AIM mounting installation file to your computer desktop.
  
  
• 2). Double-click the AIM installation file on the desktop to mount it. Double-click the "Install AIM" package to open the installation wizard.
  
  
• 3). Click "Continue" on the installation wizard, and select the location for installation. Click "Continue," and click "Install" to install AIM on your Macintosh.
