- 1). Press the Windows and R keys at the same time to launch the "Run..." tool. Type "regedit" into the text box and press "OK."
- 2). Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\." Scroll through the list of programs until you find the trailer software.
- 3). Right click the trailer software and select "Delete." A warning prompt will appear stating, "Are you sure you want to delete this key and all of its subkeys?" Click "Yes." Repeat this step for any other trailer software you want to remove from your computer.
