Before paintball can become an Olympic sport, its rules need to be standardized, and it needs to gain a following in many other countries.

The disadvantage of team sports is that it is hard to play without a sufficient number of people. In order to play a great paintball game, you should at least have four people for a last-survivor-wins game or six people for a team game. The greatest thing you can do to ensure success in inviting people to a paintball game is to give them enough time to prepare for the game. Extend the invitation one to two weeks in advance and then follow up with a phone call. The effort you put into planning the game will be well worth it if you have the right amount of players. Once you and several other players have been able to make games on a consistent basis, you can start designating a couple times to meet every month.
