- 2). Click "Start," "Control Panel," and click "Device Manager."
- 3). Click "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" and select your USB driver from the list.
- 4). Click "Driver," "Update Driver," and select the drive containing the driver CD to reinstall and repair the USB driver.
