Healthy Habits to Incorporate Into Your Day to Make You Feel Positive and Healthy

Do you often feel stuck? Do you often find yourself doubting your abilities? Do you want to feel good everyday emotionally, physically and mentally? Do you now feel out of shape and unhappy? If you answered yes to any of the questions above this will help you CHANGE YOUR LIFE! This is a short read on ways to improve your life and create a new way of being.
You deserve to feel good and be happy.
You see we often feel as of we have no control over these feelings, but that is simply not true.
Every morning when you wake up, you choose how your day is going to be.
So choose a good, happy, productive day! I am going to list the things you can do to implement these new daily changes .
If you do this in as little as 2 weeks you can be an entirely different person.
Studies show that you can adopt a new habit and it will become ingrained into your routine in as little as 30 days the same goes for changing a bad habit.
New habit #1- Affirmations-These little sentences are written as if they are already happening.
Example: I am happy.
I am propserous.
Write 10 of your own and say them to yourself daily as many times as you wish.
You can purchase these, but it is best to write your own and personalize them, so they pertain to you and your needs and desires.
New habit #2- Exercise daily- This daily dose of exercise release your feel good hormones and gets your endorphins going.
Some call it natural prozac.
Psychologists have proven that exercising as little as 3 times a week can change your attitude, your physical as well as your mental outlook and well being.
If you have a friend to buddy up with that is a plus.
If not that is OK too.
Start by walking 3 days a week for 30 minutes.
It can be around your neighborhood.
If you have a membership at a gym that is great.
But if not starting with push ups, sit up, and walking it will be extremely beneficial to you and make you feel like a million bucks.
New habit #3-Journalling-This is a very therapeutic modality, You get a notebook, or a journal book at the book store.
Every day , when the time is convenient and quiet for you ,sit down and journal.
It can be about your day, your personal thoughts or anything you choose it to be.
Just get it out, off your chest and onto paper.
New habit #4- Read self improvement and self empowerment books.
There are so many incredible books out there that can help you with just about anything.
There are many famous quotes to live by and books to help you be more effective in your personal life and your business.
New habit #5-Make Personal changes.
Decide what you want to change about yourself and implement it.
Just do it.
You can be anything and anyone you want.
It all starts with deciding what you want to change, write it down, affirm it to be so and go for it.
Make it happen.
You can do it because you have the POWER to do anything you want to.
Your mind is incredibly POWERFUL and you are in control of your destiny.
You are the artist of your life.
Paint your life as you wish it to be so.
New habit #6-Get a pet.
Studies show that pets make you happier.
Just having them around calms the energy in the room and their love for you is unconditional.
You can have a lot of happiness having a pet who loves you in your life.
Look at cats, they are such in the moment creatures and so zen, we could really learn a lot from animals.
New habit #7- Meditate- This is truly the only time you can quiet your mind and turn off the thoughts.
Find a quiet place where you will not be bothered or distracted, turn off the phone so you can be fully in the present moment and fully relaxed.
Start out doing this practice just 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening.
This is good for blood pressure issues, stress management, and a lot of other ailments.
This is the time you listen to your body and connect with your higher source and if you listen you can get a lot of answers to the questions you may have.
Sit upright legs crossed in the hands palm up in your lap.
Close your eyes and concentrate on your breath.
Take deep breaths in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
As thoughts come into your mind, just shoo them away and bring yourself back to your breathing.
This practice will help you to deal with daily stressors more easily and keep you calmer and centered.
New habit #8- Join womens groups , clubs or community things.
Get around other like minded positive people.
Your spirits are almost instantly lifted when you are having fun and around other like minded people.
Laugh a lot , it is the medicine for the body ,mind and soul.
New habit #9- Listen to a good piece of music.
Also proven music instantly lifts moods.
Put on a beautiful piece of your favorite music and watch your energy shift.
New habit #10- Be POSITIVE.
Speak only empowering words, be up beat and think positive.
Your thoughts do become things, so watch what you bring about! If you find yourself thinking a negative thought, think of a positive one to replace it immediately.
It is like your computer-cancel exit! This also is a habit you need to work on and implement it to be a daily habit.
Just like any change you make you have to practice daily until it becomes second nature! Be happy and know you can be, have and do whatever you put your mind to.
Your mind is a powerful thing.
A wise man told me once, you want to change your life? Change your mind! Dream big-Think happy-Be who you want-RECREATE YOU!
