• 1). Take one piece of lace, a can of spray paint, paper and envelopes outside.
  
  
• 2). Tape the lace to the first piece of paper. Spray paint directly onto the lace getting the spray paint through the holes of the lace, which leaves the lace's pattern on the paper. Allow the paper to dry before unpeeling the tape and pressing the lace onto the next piece of paper. Move the spray-painted paper into the sun.
  
  
• 3). Spray paint the rest of the papers and envelopes, allowing each to dry before unpeeling the tape and moving to the next piece of stationery.
  
  
• 4). Turn the papers and envelopes over and spray paint the lace design onto the back sides of each (if you like).
  
  

Cool Wall Border Design

• 1). Tape a piece of lace to the bottom corner of an area you want to create a border for, such as a door frame or wainscoting.
  
  
• 2). Dip your paintbrush into the can of wall paint, then brush thick strokes over the entire piece of lace, taking care that the lace doesn't move with the strokes. Let dry.
  
  
• 3). Peel the tape and lace from the wall, then move to the section directly next to it and retape to the wall. Consider overlapping areas for variety or keeping the exact 1-foot distance between each piece of lace.
  
  
• 4). Paint over the lace again, transferring the paint to the wall in the lace pattern. Let dry, then move on to the next area.
  
  

Cool Tote Bag Design

• 1). Take your tote bag and two colors of spray paint outside. Tape a piece of lace to the middle or center of the bag's front side, then aim a jet of spray paint directly over the lace. Take care not to spray any other areas of the bag. Let dry.
  
  
• 2). Peel up the lace and tape, then move them to another section of the bag, still on the front. Reapply the tape, then use the other color of spray paint to transfer the lace design. Let dry.
  
  
• 3). Continue alternating colors, spraying over the lace, until the front of the bag is covered with a cool lace design. Let the bag dry.
  
  
• 4). Flip the bag over and repeat the process, starting in the middle and working outward with the two colors.
