How to Make an Expensive-Looking Napkin Holder for Fancy Occasions
- 1). Cut four pieces of medium wire to measure 5 inches long each using wire cutters.
- 2). Bend each wire into a circle using needle nosed pliers.
- 3). Place the circles together into a stack.
- 4). Cut a length of fine wire to measure 24 inches long.
- 5). Thread colorful seed beads onto the fine wire
- 6). Wrap the beaded wire around the stack of wire circles, winding it through the hole. This will connect the four circles and will cover the wires completely with strings of beads.
- 7). Tuck the ends of the wires underneath the other wires to conceal them.
