Hi, this is Jaclyn Peresetsky. Today, we¡¯re going to discuss the best brunette hair color for ruddy skin. Our beautiful model, Debbie, here has ruddy skin. What ruddy skin means is that you have a strong presence of red in your skin. Every skin tone is made up of red, yellow, and brown ¨C all of us just have different percentages of those colors. So, Debbie¡¯s skin tone, as you can see, has a red presence. So, therefore, when choosing a hair color, we want to make sure that her hairstylist would choose tones with green. Red and green are actually complimentary colors, and they neutralize each other. For example, these hair swatches have a tinge of green in them. The most important thing to remember is to tell your hairstylist to choose ash or beige tones for your hair color ¨C this is going to help neutralize the redness in your skin.
