- 1). Plastic Tubes
Use clear plastic tubes or the tubes from old glow sticks that no longer glow. Use a razor cutter to cut the end off of the glow stick. Clean out the glow stick thoroughly. Do not get the glowing concoction on your skin. Wear gloves.

Buy a small LED flashlight at the dollar store. Slice two cuts in the end of the clear plastic tube lengthwise on the tip. - 3). Electrical Tape
Place the small LED flashlight into the slits that you made on the end of the clear plastic tubing with the light of the flashlight pointing into the glow stick.
Tape it up thoroughly with the electrical tape.
Turn it on.
