The first step in improving your health is to assign some daily tasks. Some of those may be taking a shower, exercising, eating right, shaving, brushing teeth and so on. Start by writing a task on a piece of paper. For most it's probably going to be the mirror in the bathroom. Especially girls. This is where you spend your most of your time. Increasing your health may sound painful and difficult but once you get started it snowballs into a positive effect. Start with following that one task you wrote down. I'll choose exercising for this example. Your task might be different but here is good place to start. For me, I exercise on my bike at home and usually go for about 10-15 minutes. I try to cycle daily but distractions keep me from doing it.

There are so many distractions in life, so before you do anything make sure you are one hundred percent focused. If your doing cycling you can start by waking up each morning, walking to your exercise bike and pedaling on medium resistance for about 10- 15 minutes. Do not eat before you bike. If you get used to this morning routine you can actually increase your metabolism and will break away food at a faster pace. This will enhance and burn calories even when your not on the bike.  Yes! You can actually burn calories when your off the bike. Once you get used to exercising daily and achieving this goal it can dramatically and positively affect your health lifestyle.
