- 1). Right-click on your desktop. This will bring up a pull-down menu.
- 2). Select "Properties" from the menu. This will bring up the desktop properties menu.
- 3). Click on the "Desktop" tab. Select "Browse" and a small search window will load. With this you can navigate to the location of the image you want to place on your computer. Select the picture and click "OK." The image will now appear in the "Background" list.
- 4). Click on the image you want to use in the "Background." This will bring the image up in the main viewing window.
- 5). Click "Apply" and the image will be placed as your background.
