- 1). Open AutoCAD.
- 2). Click "File."
- 3). Click "Import."
- 4). Click "Browse." Select the PDF file from your computer's hard drive that you'd like to import into AutoCAD. Click on its icon.
- 5). Click "Import." AutoCAD will now automatically convert your PDF file to the appropriate format and open it up in the main program window.
