- 1). Park your CR-X in a safe place on level ground. Engage the parking brake. Turn off the ignition. Pop the hood.
- 2). Walk to the hood area of the vehicle. Look along the rear firewall towards the passenger’s side. Locate the fuel rail, which connects to the firewall.
- 3). Inspect the fuel rail closely. Notice that the fuel rail is connected the return fuel line. The fuel pressure regulator is located in the area where the fuel rail connects to the return fuel line.
- 4). Identify the fuel pressure regulator as a metallic-colored or black t-shaped valve connected to two hoses. One hose connects to the return fuel line. The other hose connects to the fuel injector.
