Start out with a clean face. Apply concealer under and around your eyes. Having dark eye circles will give you the sunken-eye look and your eyes will appear smaller. - 2

Apply a creamy white eyeliner on the bottom inner part of your eye and on the tear ducts as in the picture. Blend the tear ducts with the rest of your skin. This will work with all skin tones. - 3

On the bottom of your eyes apply Black eyeliner UNDER the white eyeliner and extend the line as shown in the picture. - 4
top eyeliner step 4
Apply eye liner on the top of the eye and make sure the line is thicker along the center of the eye. Extend the line so that it meets the bottom line. This will make the eye appear rounder and bigger. - 5). With a swab smudge the eyeliner around the eyes so that it does not appear as a distinct line. Make sure the eyeliner you are using is creamy and smudge-able. This will give a slight smokey look as well as making your eyes appear bigger.

Apply your mascara only on your top lashes and you are all set!
