Mastering Meditation in the "Body, Mind, Spirit Integrator
DAY FOUR THE PATH TO MEDITATION MASTERY The beginning of the practice started out well this evening.
I seemed to find some higher degrees of concentration and felt like I was deeper into the subconscious body as I traced the spirals throughout the brain and down through the face and neck.
Finding the path from the lateral side brain to the central core of the brain seemed to come with much more ease this evening.
At one point in tracing my path of spirals I did feel a concentrated moment of relaxation in a section of my lower body.
I located the release coming from somewhere in the upper leg, as I traveled along the path of attention between a point in the forebrain and the midbrain.
I noticed the change and continued on.
Another observation from this evening's work consisted of again tuning into Divine energy.
These tools are an exploration of uncovering the Mind/Body/Spirit unity of our individual and Universal consciousness, as far as I see it so far.
This is why this practice is called the Mind/Body/Spirit Integrator.
So far it feels as though these exercises are a part of a methodology aimed at locating and embodying the Spirit.
Mind and Body can be experienced, for me, as being much more accessible than the Spirit for various reasons.
But the more time I spent within myself this evening the more humbled I felt by the pure power of life itself.
To know that I have been given the gifts of a body and mind, and to know that these are both pure examples of the wonder and beauty of the Universe, can more easily enable me to find, feel, and use the purity and wisdom of my Spirit as I train to gather and empower myself to open up to the true gift of life itself; to God, and the hierarchy of all spiritual beings who have come before me, beings who lived their lives full of love, compassion, and a longing for peace.
I want to be a part of that great lineage and do what I can to serve the earth before it all just disappears.
In the meantime I can allow myself to be always breathing and always present, giving myself the responsibility to training in the health, longevity, and clarity of my body/mind/spirit.
LOSING THE ATTENTION As the practice went on this evening I did find it extremely difficult to stay in the subconscious body.
I did pop out into thought and into the conscious mental modality more so than usual.
Overall I feel like I am doing well in my practice and I deserve to treat myself well and to give myself the recognition I deserve.
After all, I'm in no rush.
This practice takes years and years to develop and expand.
Stay connected and let it ride!
