- 1). Insert the Windows Vista installation disc. Press a key when prompted to boot from the disc.
- 2). Click "Install Now." Type in your activation key and click "Next." Read through the license terms and click "I accept." Click "Custom."
- 3). Click "Next" on the following screen as you have already partitioned and formatted your hard drive. Click "Next" again. This now installs Windows Vista to your hard drive.
- 4). Follow the on-screen instructions to set preferences and user information. These settings are all down to personal choice. Click "Next" throughout each. Click "Finish" at the end of the installation.
