How to Use a Coil Massager
- 1). Push one of the included attachment heads that is labeled soft, medium or hard into the metal end tip of the coil massager. Screw on the attachment head while pushing firmly on it until it clicks into place to ensure that it is safely secured and locked in. Soft attachment heads should always be used for face and feet massages, as they are gentle on sensitive parts of the skin. Medium attachment heads are ideal for use on the shoulders and neck. Hard attachment heads are great for a powerful and invigorating back and lower back massage.
- 2). Slide the heat switch to the low, medium or high setting to active the heating coils. Wait two minutes for the coil massager to become warm. Low heat should be used for face, feet, and other extremities. Medium heat should be used for shoulder, neck and leg muscles. High heat should only be applied to the upper and lower back muscles after you are well acclimated to using the coil massager and have a tolerance to the heat.
- 3). Slide the power switch to the low, medium or high setting to turn on the coil massager. This will set the intensity of the vibrations and movement of the attachment head. The low setting is used for face, feet and other extremities. Medium and high settings may be used for back, shoulders, neck and leg muscles.
- 4). Push the coil massager firmly onto your body with the attachment head making contact with your skin. Make small circular motions with the coil massager as if you were drawing circles. Repeat this motion several times until the warming sensation has had a soothing effect on the chosen body area before allowing the muscle to rest. Continue massaging all desired areas of your body in this fashion.
- 5). Turn all settings and switches to "Off" before unplugging the coil massager. Unplug the coil massager and wrap the cord around the handle of the massager to prevent any damage to the cord during storage.
