- 1). Smooth a tinted moisturizer over the entirety of your face with your fingers, or apply a sheer, creamy foundation only on areas that need coverage. Avoid heavy or matte foundation, which will make the bright and breezy colors of punch-inspired makeup look costume-like. Sweep a light pink or peach blush on the apples of your cheeks with a large, fluffy blush brush. The blush should have a small dose of gold shimmer to it; choose pink blush for a bright fuchsia lip or peach blush if you are using coral gloss. Your blush should complement and balance the rest of your face, not overpower it.

For longer lasting lip, line and fill lips with a tropical-punch colored lip liner, then smudge the edges of the line with your finger to remove any hard edges.
