Getting rid of anxiety is a major concern, and are on the thoughts of many who have social phobias.
Knowing what the problems are still doesn't help unless you know the steps to get rid of it.

The goal with this is to make negativity lose its power completely.
By thinking positive, good thoughts, you will help yourself feel more positive.

You need to be able to accept yourself, and love yourself too.
Self acceptance is different from self-esteem.
Self-esteem is a sense of self-worth.
Self acceptance is accepting all of ourselves for what we are.
It is connected to our happiness, and the more we can accept ourselves, the happier we can be.
You can forgive others, but you have to able to forgive yourself.
Beating yourself up won't help you feel better.
You have to stop judging yourself so hard, and it will help you be able to accept yourself.
Loving yourself will grant you the self acceptance that will help you feel better about yourself.
Give yourself room for mistakes.
We learn from our mistakes, but we don't have to have them rule our life.
