How to Get Your Makeup Like a Scene
- 1). Start with a clean face and apply a moisturizing foundation that matches your skin tone.
- 2). Apply black eye shadow over the entire lid up to the crease of the eye using a brush or your finger. Be pretty liberal with the amount of eye shadow used but make sure the top of the shadow is rounded off. Repeat on the other eye so it looks even.
- 3). Use a black eyeliner pencil to line the inside of the eye drawing the pencil evenly on your bottom lid above your eye lashes and on the top lid below your eye lashes. Repeat on the other eye so it looks even.
- 4). Apply the same black eye shadow above the crease of your eye up to the middle between the crease and the brow. Extend this shadow out a little on the side of your eye. Blend this eye shadow with the originally applied eye shadow using your finger. Repeat on the other eye so it looks even.
- 5). Apply a moderate amount of black eye shadow to the lower lid right under the lashes all the way to the tear duct. Repeat on the other eye.
- 6). Apply a small amount of foundation onto your lips to make them appear slightly paler.
- 7). Use black liquid eyeliner to line the upper eyelid by drawing an even line across the entire eye, above the lashes. Repeat on the other eye.
- 8). Add slight “wings” to the sides of your eyes with the black eye shadow to create an exotic, cat-like look.
- 9). Use an eye shadow that matches your eyebrow color and fill in the eyebrows.

Select a light, shimmery eye shadow color, and dab it with your finger above your eye shadow right under the eyebrows.
