Detach the screen frame from the base of the kit. Scrub both sides of the screen fabric with a nylon brush in a solution of dishwasher powder and water. Rinse. Allow to dry completely.

Law the screen frame on its bottom. The top will have the recessed screen fabric, the bottom will have the screen fabric flat against the frame. Seal the fabric and frame using the tape. Turn the frame over. Seal the bottom fabric and frame using the tape. Reattach the screen frame to the base of the screen-printing kit.

Place the aluminum under the frame. Position the stencil on the aluminum. Lower the screen. Put on gloves and the apron.

Spoon the enamel ink across the end of the screen nearest the bottom. Lift the base of the screen slightly. Angle the squeegee slightly away from your body. Stroke the fabric screen with the squeegee in a smooth, even motion away from your body. Drop the frame to the aluminum. Pull the squeegee at a 45-degree angle toward your body. Lift the base of the screen slightly. Angle the squeegee slightly away from your body. Stroke the fabric screen with the squeegee in a smooth, even motion away from your body. Remove the printed aluminum.

Wash the screen immediately. Use a mixture of warm water and dishwasher powder.

Place the printed aluminum in an oven no hotter than 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
