    • Among 12,500 acres of water and roughly 100 miles of rugged forested shoreline, the Tuttle Creek Reservoir is home to the Tuttle Creek State Park in Manhattan, Kansas. The RV-friendly campgrounds include 159 water and electric campsites, 24 electric-only campsites, seven electric campsites with shared water and eight campsites with water, electric and sewer hookups. Park amenities include a swimming beach, boat ramps, courtesy docks, restrooms, showers and dump stations. Attractions include nature hiking trails, a mountain bike trail, an equestrian trail, picnic areas, an 18-hole disc golf course, volleyball courts, horseshoe pits and a shooting range.

    Flagstop Resort and RV Park

    • About 40 minutes from Manhattan, the town of Milford offers the Flagstop Resort and RV Park. In addition to full-service cabins, Flagstop Resort and RV features pull-through RV campsites and RV sites with full hookups. Flagstop’s location on the shores of Milford Lake includes boat ramps, a fish cleaning station, a dump station, a modern shower house, RV storage, boat storage, a day-use area, sandy beaches and a roped-off swimming area. An on-site convenience store stocks ice and groceries and issues fishing and hunting licenses.     Milford State Park

    • The Milford state park--roughly 40 minutes from Manhattan--rests on the shores of the 16,000-acre Milford Reservoir, the largest lake in the state. Seven campgrounds across the park provide 141 RV sites with electric and water hookups, 51 of which also have sewage hookups. Amenities at the park include shower buildings, toilets, boat ramps, a full-service marina and covered picnic areas. Milford State Park offers boating, hiking, swimming and fishing for crappie, large-mouth bass, white bass, small-mouth bass and catfish.
