- 1). Put the leather jacket in washing machine. Adjust cycle to gentle cycle and put on cold water, set for a small load. Add leather infusion wash into the softener dispenser.
- 2). Set the leather jacket out to dry. After going through the washing process it should be clean of soils and dirt and will need to dry fully before proceeding.
- 3). Lay out the leather coat on a flat surface. Use a soft sponge and pour colored leather conditioner onto the sponge. Apply the conditioner evenly all over the coat. Apply the conditioner gently, in a circular motion. Let the coat sit for 10 minutes to dry.
- 4). Apply a second layer of conditioner onto the leather coat. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- 5). Use a dry cloth to buff the leather coat. Apply a leather waterproof silicone spray, such as Pecard Silicone Spray. Keep the spray bottle at least 6 inches away from coat when spraying. Use the dry cloth to buff coat again to eliminate any streaks. Leave the coat to fully dry.
