- 1). Open the Virtual Machine 2007 program, choose the computer containing the information to be transferred, and press "Run."
- 2). Right-click on the "Start" menu of the Virtual PC and select the "Explore" option.
- 3). Locate the file(s) to be moved, highlight them, and press "Ctrl-C."
- 4). Navigate to the Desktop of your "regular" computer.
- 5). Press "Ctrl-V" to paste the copied files to the Desktop of your regular computer, placing them on your fixed drive.
