Crocheted Nylon Pot Scrubber Instructions
- 1). Chain 5 and join with a slipstitch in the first chain to form a ring.
- 2). Chain 3 and crochet 15 double crochets through the center of the ring. Join with a slipstitch to the top of the chain 3 at the beginning of this round. The starting chain on each round will count as your first stitch; therefore, round one contains a total of 16 stitches.
- 3). Chain 3 and double crochet in the joined chain stitch from the previous round. Working only in the back loops of the previous round, work 2 double crochets in each stitch. Join with a slipstitch to close the round. You should have 32 stitches and a small ridge between the two rounds.
- 4). Chain 3 and double crochet in the joined chain from the previous round. Double crochet in the back loops of the next stitch.
- 5). Working only in the back loops, make 2 double crochets in the next stitch, and then one double crochet in the following stitch. Repeat this 15 times. Join with a slipstitch in the top of the beginning chain 3 to close the round. You should have 48 stitches at the end of round three.
- 6). Chain 1. Single crochet in the back loop of each stitch of the previous round. Join the work with a slipstitch in both loops of the first single crochet of this round. You should have 48 stitches at the end of round four.
- 7). Fasten off your crochet thread and weave in the loose end.
