    • 3). You can also grow stronger nails by eating differently. Vitamins A, E, and Biotin have been known to create thicker, more healthy, stronger nails. You can either these in your diet or take supplements to increase your intake. Vitamins designed for pregnancy are particularly high in these.

    • 4). You should buy a nail strengthener or treatment as they are sometimes called. They help to make the surface of the nails grow stronger over time, and protect them from breaking. Different treatments treat different conditions, so someone with overly soft nails would want a different treatment then someone with brittle nails.

    • 5). Occasionally buffing the nails can encourage growth. Manicures can help keep nails healthy, helping you grow stronger nails.
