Exercise to Increase Height - Make it Easy and Effective
Finding the correct exercise to increase height doesn't have to be difficult.
It's a fact that certain exercises produce more HGH (human growth hormone) than others, and that the exercise has to be performed in such a way as to maximize growth hormone production.
So before you start exercising, please make sure you are up to the physical exertions required.
One good exercise is sprinting.

Take a deadlift for example, use as much weight as you can possibly lift and do 4 intense sets (resting in between).
I'm sure that you can think of many exercises that could be adapted to be high intensity (how about swimming, a 20 to 30 second all-out freestyle sprint would be ideal.
And what about an all-out 20 to 30 second sprint on an exercise bicycle?).
Whatever exercise you choose to do, just make sure that it is performed over a short period of time with maximum intensity.
Doing this will ensure that your body is gaining the most physical benefits in your quest to increase height.
