- 1). Obtain a copy of your Virgina DMV driving report online, by visiting the website listed in the resource section. There is an $8 charge for the copy. If you want the copy certified, it costs $5 more as of March 2011.
- 2). Visit a VA DMV customer service center. The Virginia DMV has a list of their centers on their website, listed in the resources.
- 3). Request a DMV driving report by mail. Include your full name, social security number, address and the reason you are requesting the history. Mail this information, and your fee, to:
