How to Repair Damaged Hair Naturally
- 1). Remove the peel from a ripe banana or avocado.
- 2). Slice the fruit. Put the slices in a blender. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Blend.
- 3). Massage the mixture into your hair. Leave the mixture on your hair for one hour before washing it out.
- 1). Wet your hair with warm water. Pour 1 cup distilled white vinegar or 1 cup apple cider vinegar into a large bowl. If you'd rather not use vinegar, use 1 cup whole milk or 2 eggs instead. Whether you use vinegar, milk, or eggs; add three cups water and stir the mixture.
- 2). Place a thin towel into the bowl to soak up the mixture. Remove the towel and wring out any excess liquid into the bowl. Wrap the towel around your hair. If your hair is short or the towel falls, hold it in place with a large, elastic hair band. Wrap a large towel around your shoulders to keep your clothes dry.
- 3). Remove the towel after thirty minutes. Pour any of the remaining mixture in the bowl over your hair. Rinse your hair with water and comb.
