- 1). Locate the memory card holder door on the side of the phone and slide your fingernail underneath it to lift it up.
- 2). Slide the microSD card into the memory card holder with the gold contacts face up. Press the memory card holder door down to close it.
- 3). Highlight and select "Menu," then select "Gallery." Scroll down until you reach the memory card folder.
- 4). Select "Options" and then scroll to and select "Format mem. card." All data on the card is erased when it is formatted.
