PajamaGram Recalls 12,000 Pairs of Infant and Toddler Pajamas
In January 2011, PajamaGram voluntarily recalled 800 pairs of pajamas, in this same style, due to then possibility of the metal snaps detaching, resulting in the possibility of children choking.
Now, 18 months later, the same style has been recalled; this time, it's due to a failure to meet the federal flammability standard.
Made of 100 percent polyester fleece, and sold in sizes as small as 12 months, these infant and toddler pajamas were manufactured in China and sold via the PajamaGram website, telephone, and catalogs between September 2011 and March 2012.
The price ranged between $26 and $40.
