    • 1). Add 1 cup of dried rolled oats to a spice grinder or blender and create a powder.

    • 2). Add 1/2 cup of dried powdered milk or 1 tablespoon of corn starch, if desired. Powdered milk is beneficial to the skin and safe for even the most sensitive skin types

    • 3). Add about 1/2 cup of this mixture to your bath water, and watch the tub turn a little cloudy. Soak for a while and rinse off with warm water, not soap. Your skin will feel softer for days.

    • 4). Save the leftover portion for another day. You can make it in larger quantities and store it in a jar or another container. Consider adding a few drops of lavender essential oil, for a lively, relaxing scent.
