- 1). Locate the shipping braces on each end of the headboard and remove them with the supplied Allen wrench. The braces extend from the top of the headboard to the bottom and they are made of wood. Discard the braces, as you will not reuse them.
- 2). Place the headboard against the wall or have a second person hold it upright. Locate the long wooden sleeves that will attach to the ends of the headboard. Drive the wooden dowels supplied with the crib into the dowel pin holes on the sleeves. Slide the dowels into the dowel pin holes on the ends of the headboard to line the sleeves up. Secure the sleeves to the headboard with the supplied Allen bolts and Allen wrench.
- 3). Place the side rails against the front edges of the headboard ends and then secure them with the supplied Allen bolts and Allan wrench. Each sideboard attaches to the headrail with two Allen bolts. The unit will free stand now.
- 4). Place the metal framed mattress support between the sides of the crib towards the bottom. Position the frame so the instruction pouch faces upward. Locate the two rear mounting brackets and secure them to the pre-drilled holes in the headboard with the supplied Allen screws and Allen wrench.
- 5). Thread the foot ends into the tapped holes on the bottom of the front panel.
- 6). Place the front panel between the front edges of the side panel. Secure the front panel to the side panels with the supplied Allen screws and Allen wrench.
- 7). Locate the front mounting brackets for the mattress support and the pre-drilled holes on the front panel. Secure them together with the supplied Allen bolts and Allen wrench.
- 8). Place the mattress into the crib and rest it on the mattress support.
