- 1). Connect the iPhone to the computer with the USB dock cable. ITunes will recognize the device and launch automatically.
- 2). Click on the iPhone in the left sidebar under the "Devices" heading. The iPhone Summary pane will load into the window.
- 3). Click the "Info" tab.
- 4). Click the box next to "Sync Contacts With," then click on the field next to it. A drop-down menu will open displaying program options.
- 5). Select "Windows Contacts" from the drop-down menu.
- 6). Click the "Sync" button to sync the contacts to your iPhone.
