    • 1). Click the Windows "Start" button on your computer desktop.

    • 2). Click on the right side of the menu that appears. The "Computer" window opens.

    • 3). Locate and double-click your primary hard drive. Typically, this is listed as "Local Disk (C:)" under the "Hard Disk Drives" heading.

    • 4). Double-click "Users."

    • 5). Double-click the name of your user account folder.

    • 6). Double-click the "AppData" folder. If the folder is not visible, click "Tools" in the Menu toolbar in the upper left corner of the window, then click "Folder Options." The Folder Options dialog box opens.

    • 7). Select the "View" tab. Click to select "Show hidden files and folders," which appears under "Hidden files and folders." Click "Apply" and "OK." The AppData folder should now be visible. Double-click the folder.

    • 8). Double-click "Roaming."

    • 9). Double-click "Apple Computer."

      Double-click "MobileSync."

      Double-click "Backup." The backups of your iPhone are displayed.
