How to Use iMesh to Sync to an iPod
- 1). Connect the iPod directly to your computer using its USB cable. Do not connect it to a USB port on a peripheral device such as a keyboard or a Firewire USB hub.
- 2). Launch iMesh on your computer. Click the "Library" tab. Look for the iPod icon on the left of the iMesh window. Click it to highlight the iPod. The songs on the iPod are displayed on the main pane of the iMesh menu.
- 3). Drag any songs you want from the iPod's list to the "Tracks" icon on the left.
- 4). Click on any item in the left menu such as "Tracks," "Videos," or "Artists," then drag any songs you want copied to the iPod from the list to the iPod icon on the left.
- 5). Click the "Tools" menu while the iPod is still connected to the computer. Click "Preferences"
- 6). Click "iPod/Player" on the left of the Preferences Window to select whether you want iMesh to sync to the iPod whenever the iPod is connected to the computer.
- 1). Insert a blank, writable CD into your computer disc drive. Open iMesh and click the "Burn" button.
- 2). Drag any Premium Tracks purchased from iMesh from the music library to the Burn window. Click the "Start" button to burn the CD.
- 3). Open iTunes and select "Import CD" to load the songs into your iTunes music library.
- 4). Connect the iPod to your computer using the USB cable. Click the "Sync" button if iTunes does not automatically sync with the iPod.
