If you are in the bath or shower, let your skin soak for a few minutes. Make sure you have a good shaving cream, it works alot better than soap to keep your legs from getting razor burn.

Lather up your legs really well with the shaving cream. Using a good quality razor, which can be a nice disposable, shave your legs with even strokes. The less you scrape the razor over your skin the better.

Rinse your legs really well with water. Dry them with a soft, clean towel and moisturize with either aloe vera gel or a lotion. This really prevents the itchy bumps and razor burn.
